Welcome to Citizens for Progress’ Website

Citizens for Progress (CFP) is a not-for-profit organization established in compliance with the CFP_CirclesGeorgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Commission.

Co-Chaired by Jayne Igleasis and David Seago, CFP is a citizens advocacy group charged with the mission of educating Forsyth County voters about the positive effects of renewing Forsyth County’s Special-Purpose-Local-Option-Sales-Tax (SPLOST).

By promoting a continuation of SPLOST, CFP is working to protect our quality of life and keep our property taxes low through a fiscally-responsible and accountable source of revenue.

CFP is the intersection between community leaders, taxpayers and industry experts.

CFP is not affiliated with any candidate or candidate’s committee and all contributions are used exclusively to promote the renewal of Forsyth County’s SPLOST.  As such, no candidate or candidate’s committee will receive funds from CFP.
